Massimiliano Pacifico

Massimiliano is an adjunct professor of private law at the Faculty of Law at Sapienza University of Rome, where he was co-lecturer of Civil Law II. In 2013, he obtained the Qualification for the position of Associate Professor. In the same university, he teaches the module Private Law in Healthcare, within the course Medical-Legal Sciences. He also teaches in master’s degree programs, undergraduate and doctoral courses, and at the School of Specialization for Legal Professions at Sapienza University.
Since 2008, he has been collaborating on the drafting of the Giuffrè Civil Code.
An expert in civil and corporate law, he specializes in the areas of “Start-ups and Venture Capital” and “AI – Artificial Intelligence.”

Giulia De Santis

Laura Giordani

Graduated cum laude from the ‘Sapienza’ University of Rome.
She was awarded in 2014 by the Council of the Order of Rome for a litigation concerning the titles of lawyer illegally obtained abroad.
She is currently a lecturer at the ‘Sapienza’ University of Rome, at the School of Specialisation in Hospital Pharmacy and at the High School of Administration of the ‘Roma Tre’ University.
Laura is an expert in administrative law, she collaborates with the Firm working mainly in the “Pharmaceutical, HealthCare & Science” sector.

Maria Chiara Parmiggiani

Lawyer admitted to the Supreme Court and holder of a PhD in Criminal Law, he deals with criminal law and corporate criminal law, with particular reference to corporate compliance, models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, whistleblowing regulations, corporate and bankruptcy crimes, offenses related to the practice of medicine and surgery and occupational safety, as well as cases falling under the so-called “Codice Rosso” (Red Code).
She is also chair and member of supervisory bodies, author of publications, and speaker at conferences.
